Visual art for the walls - we generally have new shows weekly, or bi-weekly or monthly depending on the situation. Openings are on Fridays - check our calendar for the next art opening. Sometimes there will be music on those nights - but this is completely up to the artist who is having the opening. If you are a band looking to play that night, please contact them to see if they want to share their opening. If you are a visual artist or would like to curate a show - we are fully booked in the gallery until next fall. We will begin planning the fall 2008/winter 2009/spring 2009 schedule in late spring or summer. (But read on for other options)Visual art installation and sculpture - during weeks when we have sculpture or installation in the gallery, music shows will either not be held or will be held in the basement.  Booking your band - Go to our calendar and find a date that is open and send us an email. We book shows in our space to bring artists working in different mediums together - not only to appreciate music but to check out the art on our walls, zines on our bookshelf, and anything else we have going on. Music shows start at 7 pm and end at 10:30 pm. (load-in 5, sound check 6, doors open at 6:30, music starts at 7).Private events - check our calendar and email us the details or stop by sunday for brunch and let’s talk.Other ideas - let us know. We have a back shed space that could be conducive to installations, bike in theaters, ragtag one night art shows or performance art. Also - a cool creepy basement.  If you have ideas, stop by the space and take a look. This would be great for the spring/summer.
